Lightning Technology Group (Team Lightning) has entered into an agreement with GFI for their platform GFIMAX as the foundation for our Remote Monitoring service. This upgrade gives us more flexibility in configuration and depth of network items to monitor for our clients. The platform will also allow us to expand future service offerings. GFIMAX is one more key element in Lightning Technology Group's commitment to being on the front edge as a Managed Service Provider. 

Rather than just monitor the server, GFIMAX Remote Management takes a more rounded approach to IT support. With this system, we are able to monitor our clients’ Raid arrays, remote offices, ISP connection, bandwidth usage, their website, server and much more. In short, we monitor the key parts of the ‘whole network’ and we are alerted proactively so we can take better care of our clients while lowering their support cost.
