Custom-built PC systems sales are final, no returns accepted.

Custom-built PC systems may have components exchanged for equal or higher quality components if originally quoted components become unavailable.

All software products cannot be returned if packaging has been opened or any seal is broken. Unopened software returns may be subject to a restocking fee by the manufacturer or distributor.

Pricing quoted on product sales are generally good for 30 days with the exception of volatile products such as memory. Memory has been known to drastically change in pricing almost overnight. Lightning Computer Products reserves the right to adjust quotes as needed based on these fluctuations.

Customers are solely responsible for the protection of their data. Lightning Computer Products, Inc. highly recommends that all data be backed up before installing any new software or hardware product.

Software Licensing - Lightning Computer Products, Inc. highly recommends that clients properly license the software they are using. The client is solely responsible for purchasing and maintaining the proper count of licenses. Lightning Computer Products, Inc. or Lightning Technology Group, Inc. upon request for service may install purchased software for the client. This will be done on one machine only or by the manufactures licensing requirement. Lightning Computer Products, Inc. will never turn a client in for licensing violations however we will work with them on a program leading towards compliancy.
