The Block of Hours program was developed for clients that don't have the level of need for service on regularly scheduled visits. However they still benefit from a relationship with Team Lightning and recieve the following features:

  • Negotiated Low Rate for Predetermined Block of Hours

  • Support Hours Can Be Used as Desktop or Server/LAN Related Work

  • Client Receives Priority Support - 24 to 48 Business Hours Emergency Response

  • Non-Emergency Response Priority Above Non-Agreement Customers (Scheduled on Availability)

  • Block of Hours Agreement Eliminates the On-site Trip Charge

  • Detailed Work Orders on All Work Performed

  • Statement of Time Usage and Remaining Time Available on Demand

  • Optional Add-on Phone Support to quickly solve small problems at a lower cost.

1) Without add on Phone Support Phone Support is Invoiced Against Block at 30-Minute Minimum Intervals.
