The LTG Network Support Services On-Site Program can include
Remote Monitoring of the clients network. This service is
a connection via modem or other dedicated connection that
enables a support specialist to take control of the clients
system and trouble-shoot the problem "real time"
without coming on-site. The client must provide necessary
equipment; such as a modem or Internet connection as well
as needed passwords.
